HeadHunter Group PLC Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering

Nicosia, Cyprus (May 13, 2019) – HeadHunter Group PLC (“HeadHunter”), the leading online recruitment platform operating in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States, announced today the closing of its initial public offering of 18,750,000 American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”), each representing one ordinary share, sold by certain selling shareholders at a public offering price of $13.50 per share. The number of ADSs sold includes the exercise in full of the underwriters' option to purchase 2,445,652 additional ADSs from the selling shareholders. The ADSs began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on May 9, 2019 under the ticker symbol “HHR.”

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, VTB Capital plc, BofA Merrill Lynch and Sberbank CIB (UK) Limited acted as joint book running managers for the offering.
